Backstory: WIP
Theodor was born in a city far away from where he lives now. Actually, it was more of a small town than a city. His mother was a breeder, his father an experience fighting trainer. But the two leopards that Theo calls his parents were actually in love. Not just some another breeding between owners. This time it was the two feline’s choice. The choice to be together, as mates, Theo's mother retired from breeding, his father stills a trainer. A year or so after the two met, they had 4 healthy cubs, 3 males, 1 female. Theo and his siblings had a happy cub-hood, but when Theo turned 5 months old, a huge group of hunters came, taking most of the cubs, or at least the ones they could find. His mother and father took two cubs each, hiding in different places. Theo went with his mother and his only sister, while his father took Theo's other two brothers. Theo was the second strongest of the 4 cubs, after his bigger brother. His sister was the next strongest, and his littlest brother, the weakest. He vowed to protect his sister at any cost, trying to be brave for his mother's sake. But luck wasn’t on their side, the bounty hunters saw them, Theo’s mother pushed him and his sister into a small hole in one of the closest walls, shoving them inside she pushed a box, covering them up. Theo and his sister didn’t hear anything, just the scrape of a few claws on the gravel road. Hours of waiting, Theo decided it was probably safe to go out, but he was wrong. As he and his sister snuck around the corner, a couple hunters came walking by. Theo tried to protect his sister, but it was too late, they were both taken, shoved into a cage on a wagon with many other cubs. He knew a few of the cubs, from playing with them when he was younger. After a few more cages were shoved in the wagon, they set off, traveling along a dirt road to a unknowing place. Days went by until they stopped. They let all the cubs out in this…pit, sort of thing. It was spacious enough to move around, but it was quite crowded. They gave us food and water, not much, but it tasted absolutely delicious to them after many days without. Many of these cubs were sickly from not eating or drinking, many were every young as well. Once all of the cubs ate and drank, the hunters told us only a few of us would come back with them. That night all the cubs slept in the pit, cuddling up to one another, not minding that they didn’t know each other. That morning the hunters came back, saying that only the strongest will prevail. They said the many cubs had to, and the ones left standing, get to go back to their families. All of the cubs whined and cried, not wanting to fight. But Theo was ready. He was ready to protect his sister at any cost, and this must be it. He knew a couple fighting moves, after all, his father WAS a fighting trainer. As the hunters said to fight, only half of the cubs started fighting, including Theo and his sister. They fought for hours, each few minutes another cub falling to the ground bleeding. After a while, Theo saw his sister getting more tired. He finished the fight with the cub he was with, winning of course, and went to his sister’s side, helping her. They teamed up, fighting together they and a few other cubs were the last one standing. The hunters stopped us, pulling the standing ones out. They put us back into the cages in the wagon, now many of them were empty, and they left the wounded cubs behind. He looked up to the sky, and prayed to the gods, Im sorry, I had to protect my sister! And I had to get us back! Forgive me! As they kept going along the road, he realized they were going the same direction, not going back, but going forward! They were taking the few strongest cubs somewhere, and Theo had no clue where. As they approached a town, they stopped and let the cubs out, ordering the cubs to follow them. As they went inside the gates, Theo saw MANY cats, but none of them were cubs. He looked around him, seeing there were 8 other cubs, plus himself, so 9 cubs altogether. They took the cubs to a coliseum, with large walls and many cages. They put all the cubs in separate cages, leaving them there. For many months the 9 cubs trained there, learning how to fight and hunt, and even learning how to kill. Once Theo and his sister turned a year and half, the hunters took them to another city, to get even more training. This time, Theo made friends, including a lion a couple years older than him. Gallus was his best friend, and also a mentor/father figure. Theo and Gallus became very close, and eventually, Theo could talk about anything with Gallus. He made other friends as well, but not like Gallus. When he turned the age of 3 Theo and his brother were moved by the hunters again, to another town, this time by where Ferox is.

Roleplay Example:
Juniper woke up from a terrible nightmare. She sat up straight and looked around, Where am i?! she thought to herself, then she remembered all that had happened in the past month. Her ears flattened to her head and she decided to go for a walk, maybe she'd leave the empire, no one would miss her...no one would even notice. Ari would notice...and i can't leave my brother... she said to herself as she walked out of the big den.
She looked up to the sky, there were barley no clouds, and the stars were shining brightly. The moon was almost full, but not quite. She took a deep breath and started heading toward the exit to the camp.
The small leopon exited the camp, walking across the plains and into the forest. She climbed hills and jumped over logs, avoided pricker bushes and swerved around tree after tree. Until she finally came into view of a lake. It wasn't as big as the one near the camp, which she got a glimpse of before. But it looked incredibley deep. I better not get too close. he thought, remembering her last adventure with water.
She walked up to the edge and looked down at her reflection. The last time she almost drowned in water...Keegan saved her. Her eyes started to tear up and the small leopon's reflection rippled as the tears hit the pool of water. rippling out to the other edges of the lake. She looked up to the stars, "Someday i'll be with you once again my love." she said to the night sky, tears rolling up and out of her blue eyes.
